I am Cornelius P. Thomas Jr., a Certified Life Coach, Belief Therapist, Author, Speaker, and the proud Founder of Lyrical Giant Media Group (LGMG). My life’s mission is rooted in empowering individuals to overcome mental barriers, rediscover their purpose, and unlock the greatness that has always existed within them. Through coaching, mentorship, speaking engagements, and transformational programs, I am dedicated to helping people heal, grow, and rebuild their lives from the inside out.

At Lyrical Giant Media Group, our mission is simple yet powerful: “Rebuilding the Family Structure One Life at a Time.” We believe that strong families create strong communities, and strong communities shape a stronger generation. Our focus is centered on restoring identity, purpose, leadership, and accountability within the family unit. We emphasize the importance of the man, husband, and father as the spiritual and foundational head of the household while also equipping individuals with the practical and emotional tools needed for restoration, healing, communication, and growth.

My passion comes from understanding that many people are living beneath their potential because of past trauma, broken belief systems, fear, rejection, or a lack of guidance. I believe every person carries greatness, purpose, and untapped gifts waiting to be awakened. My purpose is to help others break free from mental prisons, unhealthy cycles, and limiting beliefs so they can walk confidently in who they were created to be.

Whether through life coaching, belief therapy, motivational speaking, writing, or mentorship, my goal is to inspire transformation and ignite hope in the lives of others. I strive to create safe spaces where individuals can heal emotionally, grow spiritually, and develop mentally while learning how to navigate life with confidence, discipline, and purpose.
